Plan your adventures to Florida's 175 award-winning state parks, trails and historic sites. The Florida Park Service plans for the future of recreation in Florida. We work with local governments, park users, scientists, recreation providers and non-governmental organizations to ensure that Floridians have access to safe, well-managed parks, trails and public lands.
Most of Florida's state parks are open from 8 a.m. to sunset every day of the year. Museums, visitor centers and historic sites may be closed two days per week and hours may vary. Check the park's webpage for specific information.
