City of Tampa's MLK Parade

The City of Tampa’s Martin Luther King Parade is a fun, exciting and family-friendly event occurring annually on the national holiday commemorating the birth of one of our greatest American heroes, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The celebration grows every year and has proven to be a great forum to present the beautiful diversity of the Tampa Bay area. The parade is held each year on the Dr. Martin Luther King national holiday. The 2022 MLK Parade in Tampa will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022, beginning at 12:00 noon. The parade begins at Cuscaden Park

Parade entries include floats, marching bands, equestrian groups, and decorated vehicles of all types providing an opportunity for businesses, churches, community groups and local government officials to celebrate Dr. King’s legacy and gain valuable exposure to the community they serve.

Parade entry fees range from $250 – $400
