Buccaneer Bay Waterpark

Located within Weeki Wachee State Park is Buccaneer Bay, the only freshwater water park in Florida. This quintessential old Florida water park is perfect for an affordable fun-filled summer day! From lounging on the sandy beach, floating on the natural lazy river, jumping off the floating dock, or simply taking a dip in the refreshing crystal clear Florida springs water there is plenty to do at this unique attraction.

Located inside Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Buccaneer Bay features two water slides into natural Weeki Wachee Springs.

Thrill-seeking water slide enthusiasts will enjoy the exhilarating, fun-filled Cannonball and Pirate's Revenge slides. These slides will make you feel a rush of excitement and have you eager to ride over and over again.

In order to participate:

Cannonball sliders must be 48 inches or taller.
Pirate's Revenge sliders must be 41 inches or taller.

Take in some sun on our sandy white beach or enjoy a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear spring waters, the ideal spot for swimming.

To really kick back and relax, rent an inner tube for a cool, lazy float on our natural river that flows around the swimming area. To ensure visitor safety, certified lifeguards are stationed throughout the area.

Little ones will enjoy Lil’ Mates Caribbean Cove. The exciting water play area and wading pool was created especially for children 6 years and younger.

When you need to take a snack break, picnic tables are available to enjoy. Refreshments can be purchased at our concessions or you can enjoy a delicious meal at our seasonal restaurant.

Tents are limited to 10 feet by 10 feet. Grilling is not allowed in Buccaneer Bay. Do not bring tables, pots of food, or chafing dishes.
